Chief Logistician for the NZ Army- Lead the land logistics headquarters- Responsible for NZDF Land Logistics Strategy, oversight and management of business operations and operational delivery of logistics, and engineering and sustainment support to the NZ Army for training and deployments in NZ and overseas- Responsible for business change within major logistics infrastructure programmes across the NZDF estate- Land Engineering Governance Authority and Land Logistics Authority within the Landworthiness safety framework- Manage the strategic partnership with NZDF\'s key logistics contractor (Lockheed Martin)- Responsible for the 11 NZ Army trades within the logistics corps, totalling circa 1300 personnel- Champion a culture that is inclusive, safe, encourages continuous improvement, and most of all ensures our people know they are valued.
