As Power Platform Practice Lead, I am directly accountable for leading the non technical aspects of the Power Platform Practice. Responsibilities as listed below (but not limited to):Stakeholder Management- Practice Lead for all internal and external stakeholders, including at project level- In charge of relevant communications to the practice and beyond, supporting the director in their role.Team Management- Responsible for line management of the sub-leads including development and growth - Responsible for development strategy of the Practice and individuals within.Resource Management- Accountable for resourcing of all projects within the practice- Responsible for quality / skill sets needed for resources as required.Budget Management- Supports Power Platform Director in budget management for the practice including allocation- Responsible for cross charge elements and ensuring resource charged correctly.Workload Management- Responsible for Practice workloads ensuring correct work / life balance- Responsible for ensuring relevant workloads meet both budget and development strategy- Directly supports pre-sales element of the practice, ensuring future work is of relevant quality and controls demandWOW Champion- Sets vision and owns Ways of Working for the Practice.Expectation to also act within a Senior Product Management role within the Practice and at project level, ensuring the quality of product and relevant roadmaps are in line with expectation of the wider business.
