Execute multiple projects (White to Green II levels) per PMCoE Project Profile Matrix.Lead Project Teams: Provide leadership, coordination, and oversight to internal and external team members (development, engineering, project controls, estimating, construction, supply chain, legal, EH & S, QA/QC, operations, communications, regulatory, security, fuels, transmission). Manage matrixed team members daily, interfacing with functional managers for placement, development, and conflict resolution.Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders. Lead project development activities, ensuring regular updates via weekly/monthly reports, project reviews, and turnover meetings. Develop and manage Project Plans and reports per PMCoE standards, presenting to management skillfully.Project Planning: Plan projects, including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality. Drive scope definition, cost estimation, schedule development, and procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with portfolio schedules.
