As well as improving Dashboard KPIs and identifying metrics for executive leadership reports. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize marketing technology solutions. • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to enhance system performance by using Google Tag Manager and Shopify. • Implementing tracking mechanisms to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI. • Creatively solving analytics problems and building strong relationships with the business. • Analyzing complex business needs and ensuring data integrity. • Defining and managing analytics processes and policies. • Maintaining an enterprise data and technical architecture roadmap. • Mentoring staff and performing business analysis. • Cleaning and transforming data sources using various tools like Data Studio, Big Query, Google Tag Manager, SQL, and Excel; and ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity within marketing technology platforms such as Facebook, Google ads, Microsoft, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok platforms. • Deploying and managing Big Query workspaces. • Possessing practical communication skills, balancing multiple projects, and continuously improving processes.
