Built in Python using Keras, TensorFlow, and MLflow to standardize training pipelines, experiment tracking, and model lifecycle management- Click-Through Rate (CTR) Prediction Model: Developed an online CTR prediction model used to optimize real-time bidding decisions in advertising auctions- Ad Viewability Prediction: Built a model to predict the probability of ad viewability from bid request features, enabling improved bidding strategies and campaign performance- GenAI Persona Translator: Developed a Generative AI tool that translates textual audience descriptions into the most relevant internal personas, leveraging Python and AWS Bedrock to map client-defined audiences to the company’s persona taxonomy- Persona Composition Engine: Designed a system to combine personas using logical operators (AND/OR/NOT), enabling flexible construction of complex target audiences- Hybrid Semantic Search for Audience Targeting: Designed and implemented a hybrid semantic search engine combining dense embeddings and sparse NLP methods to rank apps, websites, and webpages relevant to a target audience across multiple languages (Python, SBERT, spaCy)- Survey Audience Expansion: Built models to extrapolate survey responses across apps and websites, enabling scalable inference of audience characteristics for targeting- Behavioral Audience Modeling: Learned dense behavioral representations of apps and websites from app usage and browsing data to identify audience affinities and similarities (Python, PySpark)- Browsing History Reconstruction: Developed models to reconstruct browsing histories from sequences of IP addresses by generating synthetic training data and applying extreme multi-label classification. Implemented scalable data processing and model training pipelines using Scala and Apache Spark.
