ABOUT NATHALIE MARIN SALINAS

Nathalie has over 20 years of marketing and production experience with a major international music company. With strong client relations and project management skills, she has a proven track record overseeing marketing strategies and wide-ranging budgets. She is a seasoned talent handler and VIP representative for high-pressure events in the entertainment industry. She is an active listener, dedicated and responsible, capable of innovative thinking and precise decision-making. Her two biggest passions are the arts and community service.Nathalie founded The Village, Sony’s parent, and caregiver Employee Network, the first of its kind. In under one year, she helped lead the team in creating an employee support system during a pandemic. Her team developed meaningful programming and launched an online platform to connect The Village’s 300+ members from across Sony North America.Nathalie prides herself on being resourceful and solutions-driven. She is highly motivated and committed and possesses excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and human relations skills. Nathalie finds great value in any opportunity to mentor and guide future leaders. She speaks Fluent Spanish is active with her children’s school and volunteers with several community-based organizations.
