ABOUT NATHALIE ELEONOR VILGRAIN
I work at the intersection of governance, feminist philanthropy, and movement building with a deep commitment to redistributing resources, shifting power, and supporting communities in the Global South.My work has taken shape through co-creating organizations, facilitating collective care spaces, supporting survivors of gender-based violence, and designing strategies that center dignity, justice, and sustainability. I am passionate about building structures that reflect the values we fight for: transparency, accountability, shared leadership, and long-term resilience. Outside of my core work, I am deeply committed to social impact initiatives in the Caribbean and beyond. I co-founded MARIJÀN, a feminist organization rooted in Haiti that supports women and girls through political education, collective healing, and community-led responses to gender-based violence. I also contribute to regional and global feminist networks focused on anti-corruption, movement sustainability, and feminist governance.I care deeply about resource redistribution, intergenerational leadership, and the well-being of those who hold communities together. I believe that systems can change when movements are led by those most affected, resourced with intention, and grounded in solidarity.
