ABOUT NATHALIE BAZYLEWICZ

I am a passionate and result orientated person with over fifteen years’ experience in management. I have achieved projects that have had a real impact on patients and which promote a culture of continuous improvement. I communicate effectively to create partnerships and enhance collaboration and I believe people skills, creativity, strategy, efficient use of IT and new technologies are key to ensuring high performance, individual development and a positive work environment. Achievements:• Rolled out 3 regions on Medical imaging CPOE including CDS in 2024-25 in preparation for the provincial deployment• Successfully developed and deployed outcome oriented analytic solutions (AI) translating into operational gains and quality improvements in a consortium consisting of 7 Trusts’. • Led advisory services in a public medical imaging consortium context to drive innovative and cost- efficient care models. • Managed and administrated the diagnostic imaging department and appointment centre in Canada: overseeing 100 employees, diagnostic exams, medical appointments and a budget of $7.5m (CAD) per year.• Led two major business process reengineering projects to provide better customer service which resulted in a 20% efficiency increase in the diagnostic imaging department and appointment centre.• Created and implemented a quality, security and radiation security programme for the diagnostic imaging department in order to comply with the relevant official health authorities.• Project manager for the Breast Health Clinic at de Lanaudière Hospital, Canada which is now treating more than patients a year.
