ABOUT NATHALIA CAMBRAIA

A little bit about my journey… I’m a Marketing professional with over 15 years of experience, known for my inclusive leadership, high emotional intelligence, and communication approach. I began my career at an Experiential Marketing agency focused on authentically reaching Multicultural consumers in the U.S, before making the move client-side from Miami to Chicago to join McDonald’s (which was one of my clients). Throughout my 7 years with the golden arches, I’ve had the pleasure of holding multiple roles within U.S. Marketing, managing the brand’s national sponsorships, experiential and promotional efforts, before switching to the Brand & Content team where I received McDonald’s prestigious President’s Award for quarterbacking the brand’s most successful campaigns to date – Famous Orders. The initiative brought McDonald’s back in culture and the business back on track, which lead to the brand achieving numerous accolades including the highly prestigious Effie Award for the “most effective campaign in the world”. It was the most rewarding moment of my career by far!After completing my passionate stint on the creative side, I’m now on the Marketing Strategy team where I lead the development and selling of the annual Marketing calendar and strategies to our highly complex system, ensuring the plan is designed to achieve business KPIs in the short and long-term. The role has allowed me to broaden my skillset and scope, working cross-functionally and being responsible for guiding the Marketing team through strategic thinking and collaborative spirit. And a bit on the personal front.I was born and raised in Brazil, moving to Miami in late 2001 and now live in Chicago with my husband, Martin, and our most adorable 2yr-old son, Leo.
