The Head of Community Impact and Responsible Banking role is to lead the strategic leadership, design, execution and continuous improvement of the Bank’s Community Lending Framework, to include the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Lending Outreach, working with multiple line of businesses, developing programs, products and intelligence to achieve optimal overall CRA ratings. The Head will lead and manage the Community Impact Team-maintain awareness of emerging topics, best practices and interpretation of CRA and other relevant guidance from federal banking regulators, to ensure CRA compliance risk is well-managed and positioned to support the Bank’s acquisition and growth objectives- design and drive the strategy for the CRA Exam and provide leadership in the execution of the Community Lending framework, while also directing a cross-functional work group to ensure the Bank’s CRA and Fair Lending data collection and governance efforts meet annual regulatory filing requirements and achieve satisfactory data integrity reviews- build the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and Social program under the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) program across the organization and externally
