Oversee programming for 20+ events per year (speaker sessions, case studies, property tours): manage outreach, scheduling, run-of-show, and follow-ups to keep the calendar full and on time- Coordinate directly with industry leaders across brokerage, development, capital markets (debt & equity), acquisitions, asset management, REITs, lending, construction management, architecture/design, and PropTech to deliver practice-driven content- Chair and moderate speaker sessions: lead the discussion and audience Q&A, guide conversations to practical, career-relevant takeaways, and ensure an engaging, meaningful dialogue with professionals- Design and run case studies and site visits spanning luxury residential, multifamily, office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality, turning live projects into hands-on learning (context packs, comps, cap stack, risks)- Prep members and speakers with targeted briefs and Q&A frameworks to maximize learning and recruiting value at each event.
