The Un-Method has been a life-long passion project of mine, and I\'m so pleased to see people\'s lives change as they learn and apply the principles learned in my course. I\'ve been responsible for the creation, as well as some of the delivery of what could be a 1, 2 or 4 day course in deep discovery, finding out a customer\'s TRUE story (which isn\'t the first story you hear), and telling that story back to them in a way that is connective and compelling. Some people have what we like to call,\"The Knack\" for connecting deeply with people — whether it be a customer, your boss, or a friend. For everyone else, we get to learn how it\'s done. Imagine, in less than two days, being able to get that one tough client, or close that one \"forever deal,\" because you finally connected to your customer at a level you didn\'t think possible!
