Audiences can find our brands over the air, over the top, on cable TV, satellite, and digital platforms.As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Scripps, I lead recruiting efforts across 60 local TV stations in 41 markets nationally. Forging authentic, trusting relationships, I recruit top talent for engineering, technical, and creative/marketing roles, including staffing the legacy TV show CourtTV. Employing a consultative approach, I manage the recruiting process from position management to offer negotiation. Considered a trusted advisor to executives, business partners, and HR leaders, I consistently exceed hiring quotas and KPIs while managing 15-20+ requisitions. I maintain data and workflows using Workday and other tools. I lead the Scripps\' EDI initiative to support U.S. veterans and launched the Scripps Veteran ERG.
