   Lead a diverse set of teams, making up an organization of over 120 colleagues, supporting the Revenue Cycle operations of Coram Home Infusion, including teams such as Risk Management, Quality Assurance (QA), Training, Payer Audit, and Reimbursement Concepts, Inc.(a revenue cycle outsourcing service).Foster a strong culture of compliance and risk management to drive continuous improvement of processes and controls throughout the Coram Finance organization.o Serve as a second line of defense in overseeing first line controls through Risk Management and QA activities. Partner with Coram Revenue Cycle leaders to identify, design, and implement enhancements to their processes and control environments. Engage with teams managing new and updated systems and processes to ensure risk and controls are appropriately considered and incorporated to ensure appropriate control environments are in place. Support business leaders in developing a better awareness and understanding of risk and control concepts.o Collaborate with second and third line of defense partners (Compliance, Legal, Internal / External Audit, etc.) as their primary contact to support the internal and external understanding of our risk and strategic environment.
