I am a mission-driven leader with a proven track record of service to country, community, and Veterans across diverse backgrounds. From combat deployments in the United States Marine Corps to executive roles in veteran-focused nonprofit organizations, I have consistently led with purpose, integrity, and impact.My career has centered around building systems that work, teams that lead, and partnerships that last. I have directed high-impact outreach and case management programs, launched veteran business and justice initiatives, and chaired multiple regional boards focused on improving community outcomes. I bring deep experience in strategic planning, program development, staff and volunteer leadership, and cross-sector collaboration.I have mentored justice-involved Veterans, coached youth athletes, led teams through complex operational challenges, and supported countless individuals and families in navigating critical resources.
