Hello, I\'m Nate Mallon, and I\'m passionate about the world of commercial real estate. As the Managing Partner of Verada, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage that I co-founded in 2021, I\'ve had the privilege of leading a dynamic team specializing in retail advisory, leasing, and sales.At Verada, we\'re all about delivering exceptional results, and we\'ve hit the ground running since our website and marketing platform launch in May 2022. In 2022, I was honored to receive CoStar\'s prestigious Power Broker Award for leasing the most retail space in New York City\'s outer boroughs, a testament to our dedication and expertise.One of the highlights of my career was winning REBNY\'s Henry Hart Rice Achievement Award in 2022 for orchestrating the ingenious deal of the year,\"Everyone Wins, or Thanks for Calling: Cheers to Brooklyn Brewery\'s Relocation.\" This complex transaction involved navigating the needs of private parties and public entities, securing a 30-year lease with an option to purchase square feet for Brooklyn Brewery\'s new headquarters, complete with a outdoor rooftop garden. It\'s this kind of deal creativity that sets Verada apart.Since 2020, my team and I have leased over square feet of retail space in North Brooklyn, representing both tenants and landlords, specializing in ground-up construction and new development landlord representation, tenant representation, site selection, disposition, and urban and suburban project leasing. In 2022, we expanded our operations to Connecticut, and in 2023, we\'re thrilled to be representing the largest retail project in New Haven. We\'ve also ventured into Miami with the launch of Terazul, a development in Sweetwater, Florida, and we\'re set to open our Miami office later this year. While I\'m proud of my professional achievements, my greatest accomplishments are being a husband and a father to two beautiful baby girls. In my free time, you\'ll find me playing music with them in the backyard. My team and I are known throughout the New York City real estate community for our deal creativity, market knowledge, high-level relationships, and client-focused approach.
