I\'m the Lead Product Designer at Wellfound, and my role primarily revolves around enhancing the Core Candidate and Recruiter experiences. Here\'s a rundown of what I\'ve been working on: To start, I led the development of our very own Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which simplifies our recruitment processes and has garnered positive feedback from users. Plus, it rounds out our suite of free tools, allowing founders to discover top talent without any financial burden. We also took a leap into the global remote work landscape, collaborating with industry leaders like Deel, Panther, Remote, and Pilot. Our innovative tool has helped founders access fresh talent while also reducing operating costs. By using data-driven design, I\'ve increased the success rates of matching recruiters with candidates, ensuring more fruitful connections. In addition, I focused on user-centered design improvements, resulting in a significant decrease in churn rates, which has kept our users engaged and satisfied. Most recently, I led the development of a comprehensive inbound product toolset, making it easier for recruiters to attract and manage top talent, especially in a highly competitive job market with a surplus of applicants per job posting.
