As Vice President, Markets Leader, I am responsible for leading Mortenson Development’s team of development and project management professionals nationally, from project sourcing and structuring through project execution. With more than 20 years of industry experience, I have successfully closed on over $1.5B of ground-up development projects across a variety of product types and geographies in the United States, Caribbean and Japan. I enjoy giving back to the real estate community through my adjunct professor roles at Purdue University and Drexel University where I teach a variety of real estate courses throughout the year.
