About Nate Norris
As Director of Legislative Affairs for the American Water Works Association, I lead the federal advocacy efforts for the largest association of water supply professionals in the world. Our members are utility workers, engineers, scientists, public officials, and other professionals dedicated to protecting water – the world’s most vital resource. I work alongside our members and volunteers to develop and implement advocacy strategies to advance drinking water utilities’ interests related to infrastructure investment, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), water affordability, source water protection, cybersecurity, and workforce development.
