I’m a strategic Experience (human factors, UX, CX, LX) Research and Operations leader passionate about connecting human insight to enterprise transformation. With over 15 years of experience spanning financial services, insurance, technology, and media, I’ve built and scaled research practices that influence effective decision-making, drive design excellence, and elevate customer and employee experiences. I thrive at the intersection of people, process, and impact—where research excellence meets strategic enablement. Whether establishing firmwide research operations, designing governance frameworks, or leading multi-disciplinary teams, I focus on making research a catalyst for business growth and innovation. My background in and passion for psychology, human factors, and my early career in education and instructional design—as a classroom teacher, standardized test instructor, and developer of learning assessments—gave me deep experience in human development, cognition, and knowledge acquisition. This background continues to shape how I engage with others to develop collaboration, mutual understanding, communication, mentor, lead, and establish working relationships for success.
