I utilize my research and engagement techniques to build relationships with candidates across all disciplines: Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Finance, just to name a few.Some of my general responsibilities include- Collaborate with hiring managers and talent advisors across the globe to understand talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies that align with our global talent acquisition goals- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and other channels, to identify potential candidates on a global scale- Proactively source and engage with passive candidates from diverse backgrounds to build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs- Screen and assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions, considering cultural fit and language proficiency for global roles- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations in different regions- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and talent advisors across different time zones on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline, highlighting key findings and recommendations for further engagement.
