ABOUT NATE BILLS
As a Sr. Customer Success Implementation Manager at Lyra Health, I serve as the main point of contact and cross-functional liaison for all communications, questions, and issues related to launching a new customer. Responsibilities- Serve as the primary implementation lead for Lyra’s largest customers by maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders across benefits, marketing/communications, accounts payable, etc. to ensure launch readiness- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer handoff, and partner with Customer Success to track launch readiness, drive to deadlines, and evaluate launch success- Manage, execute, and troubleshoot technical operations required to successfully launch Lyra’s benefit to clients- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Customer Success, Business Operations, Accounts Receivable, Network Strategy, etc. to identify process improvement opportunities and build/refine launch processes, tools, and systems- Lead customer-facing calls to execute on launches- Complete other special projects
