About Nate Anderson

I am a wholehearted believer in the power of workforce education to drive equity and economic mobility. My goal is to help educators, philanthropic investors, policy makers, and companies design, build and improve educational pathways that prepare people for well-paid careers by utilizing innovative program designs and emerging technologies. Most of my 20+ year career has focused on designing postsecondary systems and programs that enable adult learners to access and complete short-term training programs that lead to employment. During that time I\'ve worked with a wide range of partners across public and private higher education, state government, funders, start up companies and corporations. My work tends to focus on designing high-quality educational programming for Iow-income learners, and then scaling that programming as widely as possible. I have ample experience managing people and teams, developing concepts and impact strategy, fundraising, speaking, writing, researching, and facilitating challenging conversations.
