As a Business Analytics major at the University of Tennessee, I’m motivated by a blend of leadership, communication, and service driven strengths that shape both my academic and professional experiences. Serving as a UT Ambassador has strengthened my public speaking and presentation skills as I communicate clearly with diverse audiences and represent the university with confidence. My work as a counselor at Alpine Camp for Boys further developed my coaching and mentoring abilities as I supported young campers, encouraged their growth, and learned to lead through service. In my role as Marshall for the Kappa Alpha Order, I expanded my teamwork and interpersonal skills while also serving as a mentor and chaplain style support for members, being present for their needs and guiding their personal and spiritual growth. Additionally, starting and operating my own auto detailing business taught me the foundations of entrepreneurship, including managing clients, building partnerships, and taking initiative to grow something from the ground up.Looking ahead, I hope to blend data, leadership, and community engagement in a career that sits at the intersection of analytics and people focused problem solving. I’m interested in using business analytics to help organizations make smarter decisions, improve customer experiences, and lead with integrity.
