A chef\'s most important tool is their knife; likewise, a sales professional\'s \"knife\" is their voice and ability to make connections with their customers. There is more to sales than just being able to sell the product on hand; you have to be able to sell yourself. I am a Regional Sales Manager at Stock PKG. I am there for my customers throughout the entire process. I continuously strive to offer an unmatched level of service and communication.I seek comfort in family and friends. Making, building, and maintaining relationships is essential to my day-to-day life. Anybody who knows me, knows I love to talk and ask questions. Although I love to talk, I also love to listen. One of the most influential pieces of advice I have been given was that,\"in order to be a good communicator, you must first become a good listener.\" There is nothing more rewarding to me than gaining a sense of comfortability/trust in communication with whomever it may be. Whether it\'s dog sledding on a glacier, four-wheeling through the jungle, cliff jumping into a cenote or even just going hiking at our local state parks, I love to be outdoors, experiencing new and exciting adventures. I grew up traveling somewhat frequently and it has helped me gain a strong desire to continuously try new things. I put a high importance on trying new things, no matter how small because I believe that a closed off mind is a mind that is not willing to grow. The early stages of life are the most influential in shaping the characteristics within a person. In the early stages of my life, I played many different types of organized sports. Each sport has taught me something different but no matter what sport it is, the lessons that were learned still play a part in who I am today. Some of the main takeaways that I hold near and dear to me as a result of organized sports is the importance of goal-setting, self-discipline, teamwork and leadership.From the early stages of my life to where I am today, I have faced many challenges. Some of which seemed impossible to overcome. Now as an adult I have grown to realize that life\'s toughest tests are also life\'s greatest lessons.
