When I think about the work I love, two things are at the centre of it: people and problem solving. Finding and implementing practical solutions to address team, company, and customer needs is always exciting to me. I enjoy digging into data, speaking directly with users and everything in-between. Working with a variety of teams and stakeholders drives me. I enjoy the challenge of coordination and ensuring both alignment and buy-in. Day to day, it is people and ideas that give me energy. When works needs doing, I will get it done. I love novelty at work but I also enjoy setting goals, planning, and knuckling down to deliver - whatever the work is. Learning new skills and bringing them to my work is at the heart of my contribution. On projects and in teams, I will always look for what I can learn from others. When leading others, one of my top priorities is to understand their passions and support them in growing their skills and influence, while they remain satisfied with their work.
