I have operated and invested in high-growth companies (from startup to NASDAQ) and believe that great leaders are curious, empathetic, and principled. I also believe listening and humor are tremendously important.or at least I think that’s what someone told me once.I have a broad background as both an operator and venture investor. I have led public offerings (S-1, S-3), private offerings/debt (PIPE, SBA, CMBS) and venture financings (priced rounds, SAFEs, venture notes, convertible notes, etc.). I enjoy speaking at conferences about corporate strategy, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.I also enjoy tackling hard problems. Even more, I love helping people become their best and reach goals they didn\'t believe were possible.I have two awesome children and love the mountains, soccer, and music.
