About Nate Mayo

As I begin my career, I am gaining new skills that will allow me to be an effective team member and problem solver. Some of the skills that I am learning are Process Engineering, PLC Ladder Logic programming using Allen Bradley Studio and HMI programming development. Along with the foundational programming skills I am developing, I am sharpening my ability to troubleshoot and diagnose errors within complex automated systems and ladder logic code across a variety of platforms and applications.My past work experience makes me a well-rounded worker who is capable of overcoming new unfamiliar challenges. I enjoy being a leader in effective teams and utilizing the strengths of others to help accomplish our goals. Some of my other interests include competitive running, traveling, and volunteering as a youth mentor.I ran as a college athlete for Olivet Nazarene University in both Cross Country and Track and Field and have been able to compete for my school at a national level. I have also been on several volunteer trips to both Budapest, Hungary and Porto Astro, Greece where I taught English at youth programs and ran different events, such as rock climbing, for youth camps.
