I am an SDR Leader who has built teams from scratch as well as lead top performing teams at some of the largest SDR orgs on the planet. While constantly overachieving on goals, I have brought dozens of SDRs into promotions, lead teams while going through Series B, C, IPO, and acquisitions. Starting from a marketing position in a small IT firm, I have grown into sales as a career and flourished as I have found roles that have built a diverse set of skills. I\'ve sold as an individual contributor to both small businesses and enterprise corporations, and my experience has been heavily influenced and improved by my MBA degree. My true passion is enabling others to fulfill their life goals by building their own sales skills and confidence. Within managing reps there is more satisfaction for me, and leading a team to high achievement is a reward above all others.
