As the operational backbone of Elevation, Nate manages day-to-day activities and oversees business accounting, ensuring smooth operations and financial efficiency. Nate enjoys the building process, finding fulfillment in problem-solving and overcoming daily challenges encountered on job sites. Nate prioritizes delivering a high-quality finished product where meticulous attention is paid to every detail. His objective is to ensure quality at every stage of the building process, from conceptualization to the final product. In addition to building and remodeling, Nate has embarked on a new journey of developing Auburn Ridge, a new luxury subdivision in Iowa City.
