About Nate Judy

Here’s a little about me. My family grew up in the restoration space. My dad started in the industry right out of college. He also owned a small landscaping business. I remember visiting restoration jobs with him during the day and then installing sprinkler systems in the evening. I learned a great deal about work ethic from him. My parents invited me into the family business in 2012. I started by running our small mitigation department and over the years took on various positions within the company as it grew. I\'m always up for a challenge and restoration projects seem to have a never ending supply.I currently lead our team of 30+ high performing individuals. I enjoy building people. Mentoring them on the things that I have learned and working together to make our customer experience better, and processes more efficient.Outside of work, my life is grounded in family. I’m married to my wonderful wife Kenedee, I spend as much time in the mountains as I can, and enjoy making my kids laugh.
