   KEY PROJECTS Oversee technical aspects of the build-out of the company’s sq. ft. pilot and MDU site, partnering with business unit leaders to account for present and future needs. Take ownership of the company’s IT functions from an MSP, transitioning to an internally managed model, including implementation of a ticketing system, building single sign-on and MDM enrollment policy sets using Microsoft Intune for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices to allow touchless deployment, then do the same for a sister company. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the company’s IT function, developing and maintaining policies and procedures that both fit the business’s needs and are consistent with accepted best practices. Own all aspects of the company’s technology stack, extending into the management of tools used by multiple business units. Maintain relationships with business unit leaders, ensuring their needs are accounted for and developing standards that work across the organization. Manage the changing relationship with existing IT vendors and new ones as needed.
