Lead and manage CI teams in both the cold mill and hot mill departments. Provide ideas and implement continuous improvement projects within the rolling bay. Review and disposition of quality defects on finished, rolled and casting materials. Create, implement and perform process and quality audits. Review and data entry for Internal rejections for the hot mill. Perform customer quality visits. Customer contact for rolling bay quality. Provide data representation and analysis for the rolling bay within the management group. Implement and revise quality plans. Implementation, training and maintenance of VPM (Visual Process Management) process within the hot mill department. Advising and coaching on the VPM process plant wide. Assisting in departmental ABS gap analysis. Assisting and monitoring ABS and all other trials within the hot mill department. Writing and training on process control plans and standard work.
