About Nate Eisinger

I\'ve been in the metals industry for almost 20 years, initially doing R&D on aqueous corrosion resistant nickel and superaustenitic alloys. I am part of two patented alloys from this work. I transitioned into new alloy process development in nickel, cobalt, and superaustenitic stainless steels. I developed processes for several alloys totaling several million dollars per year without additional capital investment. As a result of ownership changes in the company, I earned a six sigma black belt and was offered a position in Titanium processing, where I developed processes convert Ti ingot into a variety of final and intermediate products. I grew a negligible business unit into a $1.5M/month department. I switched companies due to family pressure and currently am working on process and product development with Titanium wire and bar. Additionally, I completed Level certification in Ultrasonic testing and helped guide our lab through Nadcap accreditation.Specialties: nickel alloy metallurgy, aqueous corrosion, titanium processing, product/process development, statistical analysis
