Before I tell you more about what I do, let me tell you why I do it - I lead by example and am a positive mentor, so others can overcome challenges and find their greatness. I’m reserved and often hold back, but when necessary I’m open, honest, and direct in what I say and how I say it. My team can trust me to share exactly what I’m thinking. I have found that my teammates come back to me again and again because they trust my advice and judgment- It’s exciting for me grasp the complexity of a situations and get feedback from others who have faced similar challenges. Together as a team we will figure out ways to move forward. I’ll pull together all the resources that we need to succeed, and push myself and my teammates to keep working until we get the job done- I gain knowledge by examining the past of my accomplishments and failures to understand the cause and effect of the situation. We will use that to overcome today’s challenges. I study the options, come up with innovative solutions, and then drive hard to accomplish the goal of whatever I am working on- I’m driven by my strong sense of purpose and my personal values. I enjoy working with others who share my commitment. With this strong sense of commitment, I remind myself that I am the one who is personally responsible the outcome of my actions. You can count on me to finish what I’ve started- As an accomplished leader with over 20 years experience in Special Forces training and leading elite teams in challenging and dynamic environments. I am a demonstrated expert in team building, program and project management. I thrive on personal development through coaching/mentoring. I have an insatiable desire to achieve premium results and lead with an inclusive and decisive leadership style that creates a healthy team culture emphasizing trust, integrity, and accountability.
