Workforce Management Analyst with experience across both Scheduling and Compliance. I joined Victra’s WFM function in March 2022, initially supporting scheduling before transitioning into compliance in mid-2025.In my current role, I support compliance operations by partnering with WFM leadership and collaborating with a global GCC team. I review escalated cases, help prepare information for VP-level review, and support ongoing process improvements based on leadership feedback.My work includes California and Washington break attestation compliance, manager overtime review, and labor flag analysis using Power BI. I also facilitate biweekly check-ins with offshore analysts to connect their work to business impact and discuss opportunities to improve how we operate.When needed, I assist the scheduling team during high-volume or time-sensitive periods.I value compliance that’s practical, fair, and easy to understand — and being a reliable teammate in a fast-moving WFM environment.
