I believe in creating spaces where every voice is not only heard, but truly valued. Sure, I’m an enneagram 8, but I will always listen and I’ll be the first to suggest compromise if the need arises. My professional philosophy revolves around empathy, inclusivity, and intentional interactions, which has helped me deliver impactful results customers can see, feel, and experience. My relationships with them are grounded in data, feedback, and thoughtful action. I’m invested in their goals, and the projects that have brought me the most pride, involve times where my colleagues and I help make those goals come to fruition.Lastly, my enthusiasm for life-long learning and personal growth extends beyond myself; it fuels my approach to every project and interaction. I\'m driven by the belief that subtle, incremental changes can leave a lasting legacy, prompting me to question and challenge the status quo. I also do this by volunteering in my community and at organizations with missions I believe in. I like to leave things better than I found them, so that the people who come after me and the future generation (like my son & daughter, and your children too) can reap the benefits of a more enlightened, open-minded, empathetic workplace/environment/world.
