As chief human resources officer at The Timken Company, Natasha Pollock is responsible for advancing the next generation of talent and leadership capital through attracting, developing and retaining diverse, world-class problem-solvers, as well as creating a work environment where the company’s more than global employees feel a sense of belonging in the workforce. A native of Moldova and having lived in several countries throughout her more than 20-year tenure at The Timken Company, Pollock draws on her own experiences to develop strategy, talent and culture. Her work has enabled the company’s geographic expansion, now operating from 46 countries, and is responsible for advancing a performance-driven environment that rewards new ideas and solutions that create impact. Her areas of expertise include global leadership, human resources, organizational advancement management, diversity and global inclusion, talent development, change management and talent acquisition.
