I realized that who the leader is matters and how they’re showing up matters just as much as any strategy or team they’re trusting to advance their key programs and initiatives. WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: Where many corporate leadership experts focus on the performance KPIs - sales revenue, new accounts, top-line profitability - I focus on the human side of leadership.
