Yes, it\'s a cool job. Not only do I get to market crisps made on a potato farm, but I get to help new products onto the market with a small but dedicated and oh-so-talented team who know their stuff.\\\\n\\\\nIt\'s all-encompassing and engaging and I get to see real differences being made every day as this independent family business grows and grows. There are tractors and bad smells (and GOOD smells) and growing sales.\\\\n\\\\nStretching across D2C, B2C and B2B, there\'s not a marketing discipline the role doesn\'t require at least some knowledge of, and I\'m learning every single day. When I arrived here, I didn\'t think I would be able to artwork packaging to print standard, or scrutinise nutritionals in accordance with EU regulations, but in a business like this agility and flexibility is as important as finding the right partners to surround yourself with for the best results.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
