Shaping places that matter – with purpose, strategy and people at the heart\"I’m a Chartered Surveyor with over a decade of experience in residential development and estate strategy, spanning both the private and public sectors. I specialise in delivering housing-led regeneration and complex multi-stakeholder projects, bringing together strong technical knowledge and a people-first approach.I’m proud to be helping deliver homes and places that reflect local needs and long-term value. My experience includes build-to-rent/prs, open market sale, affordable housing, and extra care, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the housing landscape.I bring a calm, pragmatic leadership style and thrive when coordinating across planning, legal, design and commercial disciplines. I\'m highly organised, enjoy solving problems creatively, and am known for keeping projects moving — even in complex or uncertain contexts.Highlights:• Won a competitive tender for c600 units across a multi-phased site, Sheepfolds in Sunderland, with economic regeneration at its heart; • Secured planning for 94 homes and an 84-unit Extra Care scheme for an RP partner on a complex Homes England AFL site;• Delivered a major business transformation project that doubled capacity without increasing headcount;• Successfully led and merged two high-performing teams, reducing turnover to zero;• Built trusted relationships with partners across housing associations, consultants, contractors and local authorities;I care deeply about placemaking, equity in housing, and good design. I also love people — whether that’s mentoring a team, building a shared project vision, or working through a negotiation with empathy and clarity.Outside of work, I’m an avid non-fiction reader, often juggling multiple books on psychology, leadership, or behavioural science — all feeding into how I work with people and lead projects.
