Natasha has been working in legal recruiting since 2019, focusing on helping attorneys at the associate, counsel, and partner level make strategic lateral moves to elite boutiques and Am Law 200 firms nationwide. Now a Managing Director at E.P. Dine (part of ZRG), she has built her practice on integrity, deep listening, and a long-term view: recruiting isn\'t about quick placements, it\'s about earning the trust of candidates and the firms she partners with and building relationships that last. Before moving into legal recruiting, Natasha spent several years as an executive assistant supporting C-suite leaders and boards in fast-moving environments, giving her a sharp eye for what firms are really looking for and what candidates truly need when making a major career decision. Outside of work, she can be found reading, practicing yoga, indoor rock climbing, backpacking in the Sierras, or wrangling her three dogs, Fred, Wilma, and Dot.
