ABOUT NATASHA FOUTCH CONNER
Natasha Conner joined Schnitzer Properties in 2004 and is responsible for the leasing and management of the Henderson and Airport Portfolios, totaling over 3 million square feet within the Las Vegas region. Natasha has over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and holds both her Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) designations.Natasha is a prior board member of the BOMA Pacific Southwest Region and served as the TOBY Chair, and her properties have won the TOBY award six times locally, three times regionally and once internationally. She is a graduate of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Henderson. Natasha is also an active member of The City of Henderson Resource Partners Group and led the effort to change the City of Henderson’s Master Plan Development Overlay requirements to allow the use of breweries, wineries, and distilleries at Harsch’s Henderson Eastgate portfolio. Natasha studied Business Management and Administration at Indiana University.
