Natasha is an Operations leader at Strive Health, a rapidly growing, venture backed healthcare company that is transforming kidney care.Natasha brings 18 years of healthcare experience to the Strive team. Prior to joining Strive, Natasha served as the Head of Operations at Element3 Health where she managed the company\'s provider network build-out, product development roadmap, health plan integration programs, as well as all data management and tech platform operations. In other previous roles, Natasha ran a regional governance process focused on strategic and operational alignment of the Davita Medical Group/OptumCare internal capital investments. Natasha also led projects and initiatives focused on increasing operational excellence in healthcare provider organizations, such as managing large-scale revenue cycle optimization projects as well as contract negotiations for hospital systems; leading process improvement initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes for vulnerable patient populations; and, supporting organizations through change management of acquisitions and divestitures.
