I am a human rights, data, and technology practitioner with over six years of experience advancing accountability in conflict-affected and fragile contexts across Asia. As a formerly stateless person born in Nepal, my work is grounded in a deep commitment to displacement, citizenship, and survivor-centered approaches to evidence.
