I’ve spent the last 19 years in education — 4 of those as a principal — and I’m proud to now serve as the Managing Director of Teaching and Learning at Freedom Prep. As a first-generation college graduate from Whitehaven, I understand firsthand the power of a high-quality education to change lives. That understanding fuels my commitment to ensuring that every child — regardless of zip code — has access to the same opportunities as the most privileged.At Freedom Prep, we believe every child deserves the freedom to lead a life of choice and opportunity. I’ve had the privilege of leading a repeat Level 5 school and supporting teams in driving significant academic growth on state assessments. My strengths lie in building deep, authentic relationships, cultivating strong school cultures, and growing teachers and leaders into their full potential.In this next chapter, I’m focused on ensuring excellent instruction across campuses, developing leaders who inspire, and creating the conditions where both students and educators thrive.
