ABOUT NATASHA ROND-ALLISTON
How do we all move forwards together with a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle approach. How can we spend more time in nature, which is an important part of our daily self care. We all talk a lot about health & well-being and I am on a personal mission to find a healthy balance, to share my idea\'s, to feel empowered and to empower others. As a physiotherapist I am passionate about health, wellbeing, prevention of injury and illness through early education, self-empowerment, self-responsibility, and of course, functional movement! I have experience in the design and implementation of healthcare services in various settings and I am specifically interested in promoting healthy lifestyles and mindset, through education, starting early in childhood. I believe that preventative health-care services is the direction that we would all benefit from, for sustainability, longevity and not forgetting, quality of life Mind, body, spirit. How we connect these is the new conscious science and is an essential piece of the puzzle for what it means to be healthy and happy.
