Management and consulting in digitalization projects across county administration, with a focus on strategic initiatives, process mapping, benefit realization and procurement. The role includes responsibility for leading interdisciplinary teams, facilitating work processes and developing comprehensive digital solutions for municipalities and county authorities in transition.Key projects and results:• ERP transformation: Process leader in concept study of new ERP system for Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold. Responsible for mapping current work processes (AS-IS) and design of future ones (TO-BE) in collaboration with teams from HR, payroll and finance. The delivery formed the basis for functional requirements specification, and included competitor analysis and dialogue with external public actors.• SMS notification project – cost reduction and consolidation: Led Viken-wide mapping and procurement of alert solutions. Result: license costs in the safety and emergency preparedness department reduced from 1.7 MNOK to NOK per year – an annual saving of over 1.4 MNOK. In addition, the system portfolio was standardized and prices were negotiated down for other solutions.• Business establishment – separation of ICT organization: Project manager to establish FRID IKS as a separate limited company after the dissolution of Viken. Led work on the design of company agreements, service catalog, collaboration model and organizational structure, in close collaboration with senior management. Contributed to the strategic basis for service delivery to approx. 250 employees and associated municipalities.• Competence development: Initiator of an internal change management course for leaders of digital service teams in the county municipality, to build a culture of continuous improvement and focus on profits.
