ABOUT NATASHA LADHA
I am a dedicated and driven professional with experience in human resources, onboarding, administration, and customer service. In my current role as the Onboarding Team Lead, I supervise a team of seven onboarding associates and manage day-to-day operations. I graduated in December 2013 from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a Bachelor\'s in Psychiatric Nursing and dedicated significant time to leadership roles within my mosque, as Vice-Captain of Youth and Young volunteers, which require additional organization, communication, and leadership skills. I have gained experience working in stressful situations, learned valuable problem-solving skills and worked effectively in teams as well as independently. I have significant experience with Microsoft Office applications, and am efficient and accurate in my work.
