ABOUT NATASHA KINNEAR

I’m the Head of Partnerships for Scotland at Primary Engineer where we bring together teachers, engineers and industry partners to inspire the next generation of problem solvers.Primary Engineer has been embedding engineering into education since 2005, developing a curriculum that spans from Early Years through to Further Education. Our hands-on, project-based learning approach brings together creativity, maths, science and literacy, helping children see the real-world impact of engineering.I’m passionate about improving diversity in engineering and making sure every young person, no matter their gender or background, can see a place for themselves in the industry. There’s nothing better than seeing pupils light up when they realise engineering is about curiosity, creativity and making a difference.For me, it’s all about building partnerships that open doors, nurture talent and help create a more inclusive generation of future engineers.
